How it works

  • 1. Join a saving pool
  • Deposit 25 Dai (ca. $25) into the pool before the game starts, to lock in your spot.
  • 2. Make regular payments
  • Make weekly payments into the pool to complete the game. If you miss one payment (i.e. become a ghost), you get kicked out of the game and others will earn your interest.
  • 3. Profit
  • If you hit your 100 Dai savings goal, take a slice of all earned interest as well as get your principle back. If not, you only get your principle back.
  • 4. Join a new game
  • You can re-invest your funds into a new game to earn even more.
  • 5. Never lose!
  • Whether you keep your money until the end of the game, or withdraw earlier, you will always get your principle back. The more you are ghosted yourself, the higher the interest rate!

  • We currently support DAI, and we plan to offer more options (e.g. USDC) soon.
  • How are you getting such high interest rates?
  • We deposit your principle into decentralized finance (DeFi) services such as AAVE, which is a non-custodial borrowing and lending platform. This currently generates higher interest rates than your bank, by using blockchain technology.
  • Is the annual percentage yield (APY) guaranteed?
  • No, the minimal APY that is indicated on is an estimation based on historical data. Actual APY will fluctuate based on supply and demand of the underlying assets, as well as how many people complete the game.
  • Which DeFi platforms are you using?
  • We currently support AAVE, but plan on expanding to more platforms soon. Users will be able to choose saving pools with a higher risk/reward ratio, running on platforms such as Curve.finance and yearn.finance.
  • Is my money safe?
  • We make sure to use the more reputable DeFi services and stablecoins to avoid the risk of fund loss.
  • Can I participate in a longer game?
  • We will soon be supporting 30 days, 60 days and 90 days game length.
